Tasks & responsibilities

Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in a management role within a premium dining environment
A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a fine dining culinary journey
Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends
A love of all things hospitality!
