Job Descriptions: 

Chefs: Salary $70,000 - $85,000 AUD (Chefs all levels, multiple positions, full-time)

• Plan and organise the preparation of food in a commercial kitchen
• Prepare and cook food to meet quality standards
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain hygiene standards
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Experience with contemporary Australian style cuisine is a must 
• 3+ years minimum experience required 

Cooks: Salary $65,000 - $75,000 AUD (Multiple positions, full-time)

• Prepare and cook food to meet quality standards
• Follow and improve recipes in consultation with Chefs and menu items
• Maintain quality control and consistency in food preparation 
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Experience with contemporary Australian style cuisine is a must 
• 2-3 years minimum experience required 

Pastry Cooks/Pastry Chefs: Salary $65,000 - $85,000 AUD (Multiple positions, full-time)

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts
• Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
• Manage baking/pastry making schedules to ensure fresh products
• Maintain quality control and consistency in baked/pastry and desserts goods
• Order and manage inventory of baking/pastry making ingredients and supplies
• Experience with contemporary Australian style cuisine is a must 
• 3+ years minimum experience required 

Bakers: Salary $65,000 - $85,000 AUD (Multiple positions, full-time)

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
• Develop new recipes and improve existing ones
• Manage baking schedules to ensure fresh products
• Maintain quality control and consistency in baked goods
• Order and manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies

• Assist Bakers to prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts

• Assist chefs/pastry chefs/cooks/bakers in food preparation and cooking processes
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
• Prepare ingredients, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Assist with plating and presentation of dishes
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols

Food Packers: Salary $62,000 - $75,000 AUD (Multiple positions, full-time)

• Package prepared food items for delivery or storage
• Ensure proper labelling and dating of packaged items
