Full time
This is a full-time position (35-40 hours per week) including one day on the weekend. The successful applicant will demonstrate a sound knowledge and understanding of managing and running the day-to-day operations in a busy trading kitchen. Excellent working conditions and environment. Experience and reliability are essential.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Menu planning
- Kitchen management - staff and service
- Maintaining a safe and clean kitchen and storage areas
- Maintaining current knowledge and ensuring best practice is implemented in the kitchen
Qualifications & experience
The ideal candidate will have
- At least 2 years of experience as a Cook
- The right to work in Australia
- Food Safety Certificate (e.g. RSF, SITXFSA101, SITXFSA001)
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- Advanced Diploma of Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
